Title is pretty self explanatory, the WiFi on my laptop wont turn on, it just shuts the switch off after a few seconds. In the icon tray the WiFi icon shows empty bars with a red x in a circle in front of it.
Switching between Airplane mode does not help, and the drivers are up to date as far as I can tell.
I have an Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 and my laptop is an HP Envy DV6 (if either of those help).
Help please?

Hello, everyone.
I had upgraded my Dell Inspiron 3521 from Win 8.1 to Win 10.
Wifi was working with not problems for a while but now its just stopped and I can't do nothing to fix it.
I run command prompt as admin : reg delete HKCRCLSID{988248f3-a1ad-49bf-9170-676cbbc36ba3} /va /f
system did not find it.
I did reinstall drivers from dell, also did not help.
I did : 'Reset PC'. It also did not help.
When I try to connect to my Wifi network it says 'No internet. Secured'
It looks like it is connected but no internet access (yellow exclamation mark present).
As I understand I can't revert back to Win 8.1 because upgrade was done more then month ago.
It looks like I am stuck. I am struggling with this issue for two days.
Please, help!
