Best texture mods hands down. And with NAC you can make the game look at cinematic and glossy as you want. Vivid waters is a must have as well.
This may surprise some people (considering that the games only been out for a few weeks), but theres already hundreds of PC mods out there that make Fallout 4 even better. Some of them improve the texture quality or add extra details to the environment, some add extra characters and quests, and some even fix gameplay issues that were originally ignored by Bethesda. You can also teleport to locations around the Commonwealth and even change the weather. Even if you’re someone who doesn’t like to cheat, this mod could definitely come in handy at some point of your play-through.

It creates a whole new way to play the game, and I definitely recommend Xbox One players trying this mod out.

As well as changing all the current weather systems, it adds a few new ones such as hazardous rain where you will need to seek shelter indoors.
