I'm trying to toggle Miranda's Romance to True in ME3 right before I meet her for the third time in the apartment so I can trigger the romance dialog option. I have found ID Values for most of the characters besides Miranda.

Actually, if you want to trigger the romance scene for Miranda in the apartments, you have to make sure your Shepard is not locked in any relationship. This mean all 'TrueLove' plot IDs must not be set (Liara, Tali, etc). In addition to the one you've listed:

TrueLove Plot IDs

• Miranda: 21750
• Jack: 19846

I did this right before the 3rd meeting with Miranda. I used the Gibbed's Mass Effect 3 Save Editor. I applied all of the following settings and it worked. It has an early and a late section, but I just did them both late.

A bit of history about me

Growing up I fell in love with two things: games & programming. Putting those two together, and I found myself modding games. I didn't do too much early of any significance, I tried my hand at plenty of things early on: QuakeWorld, Half-Life, Red Faction, Homeworld 2, etc. Eventually I found myself wanting to mod games that simply weren't built for it, or were unsupported by the developers. I tried until I made things work, if I could at all. Spending many years doing that, I've built up a skill set and a passion for pulling apart any game that I enjoy in my free time. If I've played and enjoyed it, I've probably done something with it. Nearly all of what I do as a hobby in my spare time with games is directly what I myself am interested in.
